The South Bay Business Expo 2026
is a regional economic development convening hosted at California State University, Dominguez Hills. The expo brings together businesses, financial institutions, workforce organizations, universities, nonprofits, and public sector partners under one roof to facilitate direct connections, hiring engagement, business visibility, and coordinated market demand across South Bay Los Angeles.
Designed as a structured business showcase environment, the Expo features booth participation across multiple sectors, employer engagement opportunities, university-industry alignment, and cross-sector networking intended to strengthen the regional economic ecosystem.

California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) serves as the host venue for the South Bay Business Expo 2026. The event is held on campus and engages with the CSUDH community, including students, faculty, and regional partners.
Innovation Incubator supports entrepreneurship and regional business development initiatives within the university ecosystem. Expo coordination has included engagement with Innovation Incubator leadership regarding campus hosting and outreach.
California State University, Long Beach, Student Center for Professional Development (SCPD) supports student career readiness and employer engagement initiatives within the College of Business. Participation in the South Bay Business Expo 2026 reflects continued efforts to connect students with regional business and workforce opportunities.
Los Angeles Harbor College – Career & Job Placement Center supports student employment readiness through career counseling, employer engagement, and job placement services. EXP – Opportunity Engine provides career exposure, internship pathways, and professional development support to help young adults transition into meaningful employment opportunities. Participation in the Expo strengthens direct engagement between students, employers, and workforce partners.
Western States Regional Council of Carpenters supports apprenticeship training, skilled trade workforce development, and industry representation across the western United States. Their presence at the Expo strengthens connections between construction employers, training programs, and regional economic growth.
New Challenge Ministries a community food distribution organization providing grocery assistance and essential resources to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Through regular food bank services and outreach efforts, the organization supports underserved populations across the South Bay region.
